Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors and nurses to develop patient care plans.
- Assist in surgeries, emergency room procedures, or patient recovery under supervision.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment home care and wellness.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help patients.
- Completion of NCLEX exam.
