Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition or emergency situations immediately.
  • Document patient care activities, observations, and interventions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)).
