Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and hygiene.
- Respond to medical emergencies and emergencies calls promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- CPR (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physical stamina required to stand for long periods and lift patients.
