Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute or specialty units under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management plans
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Oregon RN license or eligible to obtain immediately
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- No prior experience required – training provided!
