Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments with strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) accurately and timely.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in California or Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
