Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatments, documenting all findings accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families and caregivers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/ENPC may be required based on unit).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (New grads encouraged for specific roles).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
