Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and intervene appropriately to prevent complications.
- Provide patient and family education to ensure understanding of treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotation are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
