Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Lead patient education initiatives for chronic disease management and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state)
- BSN degree preferred; associate degree with experience considered
- 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
