Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards set by state and federal agencies.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
