Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions and document medical histories accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to critical changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
