Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes using advanced EHR systems
- Mentor new staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and JCAHO compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license holders welcome)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specialty units)
- Proven expertise in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
