Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor patient conditions and intervene promptly in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Provide clear education to patients and families regarding care instructions.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medical documentation in the electronic health record.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of New Mexico.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
