Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado (Compact License accepted)
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing qualification (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and patient empathy
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
