Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in EHR systems
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and preventive care
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing priorities
