Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment progress
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and handle high-pressure situations
- Pass background check and drug screening
