Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and self-care
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma (compact license accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
