Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient care plans and discharge protocols
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and provide clinical guidance
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates considered with 2+ years experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
