Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings with compassion and precision
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals, document electronic health records, and assess clinical changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and code blue events
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact license with immediate Ohio application)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care or ER experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to start within 14 days of offer
