Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient assessments via telehealth platforms
- Deliver virtual nursing consultations and patient education

Qualifications

- Proficiency with virtual care platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and computer literacy
