Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).</li><li>Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and care instructions.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.</li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (acute care setting a plus).</li><li>Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.</li><li>Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.</li></ul>
