Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to critical changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the State of Nevada.
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (New grads welcome with residency programs).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
