Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' medical histories and symptoms to determine appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following strict safety protocols.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously, documenting changes and reporting emergencies immediately.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
