Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med/Surg department. You will play a crucial role in the recovery and wellness of our patients while working alongside a world-class clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
