Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality direct patient care and support.
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and document symptoms accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical patient needs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is a plus.
