Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of experienced nursing staff.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Accurately document patient care activities, vital signs, and treatments in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Louisiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new electronic health record systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
