Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical status throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interventions.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
