Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate patient care, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and assist in triage processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN).
- Current, unencumbered RN License in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated compassion and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
