Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Current, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (EHR).
