Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health by performing physical exams and recording vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with doctors and nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient medical history and symptoms accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment home care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and adapt to changing patient needs.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State RN License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compassionate attitude and attention to detail.
