What You Will Do:
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed staff.
- Monitor patient vital signs and update medical records accurately.
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Document patient care services in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (LPN or RN).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new protocols.
