Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in our acute care and outpatient settings.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response efforts and provide compassionate care during critical incidents.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems efficiently.
- Compassion: Strong empathy and ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
