Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care plans and medical records accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changing patient needs.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas or Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for certain units.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
