Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop optimal treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (EMR).
