Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, documenting changes and reporting critical information immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of care.
