Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and oncology
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Provide patient education on treatment procedures and health management
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Lead emergency response procedures during critical situations
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (unrestricted)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with telehealth technologies preferred
