Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in acute care settings with compassion and precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders and hospital protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition with swift clinical interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license in good standing
- Associates or BSN degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
