Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plansAdminister medications and monitor patient responses
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
