Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor patient conditions using advanced telemetry and critical care technology
- Document clinical outcomes accurately in Epic EMR systems
- Mentor new nurses through our structured preceptorship program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety committees
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Expertise in electronic medical documentation (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift rotations
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
