Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and progressive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (or compact license)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for specialty roles
