Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history, physical exam, and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and schedules.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.
