Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates welcome).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
