Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care and support services.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment.
