Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using EHR systems
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans and preventive measures
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapid response codes
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN)
- BSN or associate degree in Nursing with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR platforms
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
