Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and comprehensive health assessments during weekend shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to established protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (or compact state).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Must possess a high degree of emotional stability and professionalism.
