Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist in code blue situations as required.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
