Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and critical care needs during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
