Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient health status, documenting vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
