Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient information, symptoms, progress, and treatments in electronic health records.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and assist in stabilizing patient conditions.
- Education: Provide patient and family education regarding care plans, medications, and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (or willing to relocate).
- Graduation Status: Must be a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) or have completed a nursing residency program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Current BLS certification required.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking skills, compassion, and the ability to work well under pressure.
