Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify individual healthcare needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any deviations to the nursing supervisor immediately.
- Document patient care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ADN or BSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
