Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or compact license with willingness to obtain CA license)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (ER, Med-Surg, ICU preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC/PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
